i need major help. had verizon iphone 4. got 4s today. want activate 4 on wife's number. activated 4s (deactivating 4). did restore on 4 wife have fresh factory reset. 4 showing "connect itunes" screen, letting me make emergency calls. when connect 4 itunes, computer sits there few minutes, tells me cannot process request. i've tried 20 times. restarted computer , else can think of, still says cannot connect. put phone dfu mode , did restore, same problem persists. funny thing can click on "itunes store" tab in itunes , store loads up. internet connection fine , store not down. on verizon side, can switch number on iphone 4, have call *228 finish activation. letting me make emergency calls, won't accept *228. it's can't finish activation until iphone springboard, can't iphone springboard until activate phone. can tell me how past "connect itunes screen?" or anyway...
