Cannot get past "connect to iTunes screen" to activate Verizon iPhone 4

i need major help.

had verizon iphone 4. got 4s today. want activate 4 on wife's number.

activated 4s (deactivating 4). did restore on 4 wife have fresh factory reset.

4 showing "connect itunes" screen, letting me make emergency calls. when connect 4 itunes, computer sits there few minutes, tells me cannot process request. i've tried 20 times. restarted computer , else can think of, still says cannot connect. put phone dfu mode , did restore, same problem persists.

funny thing can click on "itunes store" tab in itunes , store loads up. internet connection fine , store not down.

on verizon side, can switch number on iphone 4, have call *228 finish activation. letting me make emergency calls, won't accept *228.

it's can't finish activation until iphone springboard, can't iphone springboard until activate phone.

can tell me how past "connect itunes screen?" or anyway make itunes process request when plug phone in?
 

i take verizon store , let them activate it.

Permissions Problem?

hello. unable log on computer. took mac store , said had problem permissions. reset computer's permissions , able log onto computer. however, since dock resets day had permissions problem. example, had various cs5 programs on dock. when upgraded cs5.5, replaced cs5 shortcuts cs5.5 counterparts. however, when restarted computer, cs5 icons still there. also, whenever restart computer, browser history resets whatever on day encountered permissions problem. can not save bookmarks. also, files required type in password whenever try moving or deleting file. there other problems wanted see if knows problem have before adding more problems. thank   Forums Macs macOS macOS iPhone Mac OS & System Software iPad Apple Watch Notebooks iTunes Apple ID iCloud Desktop Comput...

iPhone won't sync with iTunes
