How does the GPU in the iMacs compare to my current GPU?

i wondering how base imac 27" (6770m) , high-end 27" imac's gpus (6970m) compare current gpu. wondering how current gpu compares imac mac mall.

gpu in desktop geforce 9600 gt. if can point me website compares benchmarks between desktop , mobile gpus great, or if have benchmarks post here. thanks!
 

for starters, 9600m gt 2008 based architecture , fab process. meaning old. current 6000m series used in macs using newer more efficient architecture , smaller fab process means less power being consumed.

now, far blunt comparison, 9600m gt has fewer cores per gpu 6770m or 6970m, blunt , simple terms, faster far. worth upgrade? well, depends on use gpu for.

Permissions Problem?

hello. unable log on computer. took mac store , said had problem permissions. reset computer's permissions , able log onto computer. however, since dock resets day had permissions problem. example, had various cs5 programs on dock. when upgraded cs5.5, replaced cs5 shortcuts cs5.5 counterparts. however, when restarted computer, cs5 icons still there. also, whenever restart computer, browser history resets whatever on day encountered permissions problem. can not save bookmarks. also, files required type in password whenever try moving or deleting file. there other problems wanted see if knows problem have before adding more problems. thank   Forums Macs macOS macOS iPhone Mac OS & System Software iPad Apple Watch Notebooks iTunes Apple ID iCloud Desktop Comput...

iPhone won't sync with iTunes
