AT&T iPhone 4S. No Data connectivity

i upgraded 4s 3gs. restored 3gs backup, activated using instructions in email. 3gs disconnected, can make calls using 4s, not have data connectivity. there's no 3g next bars.

know problem?
 

same issues here...

data works on wifi, on 3g says 'you not subscribed cellular data service'

called att last night , said reset bunch of stuff , allow time work, @ moment still not working. att supposed follow call later tonight. ill keep u guys posted on happens.

Permissions Problem?

hello. unable log on computer. took mac store , said had problem permissions. reset computer's permissions , able log onto computer. however, since dock resets day had permissions problem. example, had various cs5 programs on dock. when upgraded cs5.5, replaced cs5 shortcuts cs5.5 counterparts. however, when restarted computer, cs5 icons still there. also, whenever restart computer, browser history resets whatever on day encountered permissions problem. can not save bookmarks. also, files required type in password whenever try moving or deleting file. there other problems wanted see if knows problem have before adding more problems. thank   Forums Macs macOS macOS iPhone Mac OS & System Software iPad Apple Watch Notebooks iTunes Apple ID iCloud Desktop Comput...

iPhone won't sync with iTunes
