iDisk has lost my data!

i keep recent documents on idisk not harddrive, of harddrive documents old.

morning icloud reared ugly head , idisk contains stuff harddrive. don't know why, seems idisk wiped itself, restored harddrive.

i've lost on 2 months of academic , professional work, , want back. how restore documents backup of idisk?

well, "cloud" secure place store one's data, eh?

in future, real, down-to-earth (and not "in clouds") backup drive, , backup software carboncopycloner (which free).

if you'd been maintaining _real_ backup, , not dependent on graces of keeping stored on else's drive, wouldn't now.

Permissions Problem?

hello. unable log on computer. took mac store , said had problem permissions. reset computer's permissions , able log onto computer. however, since dock resets day had permissions problem. example, had various cs5 programs on dock. when upgraded cs5.5, replaced cs5 shortcuts cs5.5 counterparts. however, when restarted computer, cs5 icons still there. also, whenever restart computer, browser history resets whatever on day encountered permissions problem. can not save bookmarks. also, files required type in password whenever try moving or deleting file. there other problems wanted see if knows problem have before adding more problems. thank   Forums Macs macOS macOS iPhone Mac OS & System Software iPad Apple Watch Notebooks iTunes Apple ID iCloud Desktop Comput...

iPhone won't sync with iTunes
