well story begins purchase refurbished store online. purchased computer. purchased on july 13

. took apple store , replaced screen new one. second 1 had yellow tinge on screen
. tech decided replace computer , give me brand new one.

took home , started up. 15 seconds later, fans went hyper speed , never slowed down. next day went store. today.
tech had replacement ready me, decided set 1 in store make sure ok. sets , powers on. , totally dead, nothing. in shock. went , got 1 different shipment , 1 pretty good. perfect screen no noises other hdd reading , writing little louder before no worries after that.
in conclusion, apple customer service awesome. free upgrade , friendly understanding employees.
but, there no excuse these extremely defective machines, bad luck? dont think so.
at end great deal, you've got brand new computer price of refurbished.
