How to get back paid apps after computer AND iphone crash

hi

iphone decided crash down last week , had restore factory settings. used sync phone laptop, crashed. reset iphone , installed itunes on new laptop. authorised new computer itunes account.

how paid apps back? tried go store through itunes , asked me pay it. looked @ previous purchase information available in account account doesnt give me recent info. emailed apple customer services 2 days ago no reply.

ideas?

apple introduced "purchased" feature in recnt itunes update.

connect device, log in itunes account , go store screen.

see in red "purchased" entry.

click on download paid apps , music.:)

Permissions Problem?

hello. unable log on computer. took mac store , said had problem permissions. reset computer's permissions , able log onto computer. however, since dock resets day had permissions problem. example, had various cs5 programs on dock. when upgraded cs5.5, replaced cs5 shortcuts cs5.5 counterparts. however, when restarted computer, cs5 icons still there. also, whenever restart computer, browser history resets whatever on day encountered permissions problem. can not save bookmarks. also, files required type in password whenever try moving or deleting file. there other problems wanted see if knows problem have before adding more problems. thank   Forums Macs macOS macOS iPhone Mac OS & System Software iPad Apple Watch Notebooks iTunes Apple ID iCloud Desktop Comput...

iPhone won't sync with iTunes
