Headphone volume too loud

hey,

got 2011 mbp 13" , when use headphones volume seems loud, on 1 volume notch! have have itunes volume right down 20% or comfortable.

have same experience? don't know can done it.
 

you have sensitive hears friend, 1 notch fine me.

perhaps try alt-shift-fn , volume keys when adjusting, you'd adjust volume quarter notch increments.

Permissions Problem?

hello. unable log on computer. took mac store , said had problem permissions. reset computer's permissions , able log onto computer. however, since dock resets day had permissions problem. example, had various cs5 programs on dock. when upgraded cs5.5, replaced cs5 shortcuts cs5.5 counterparts. however, when restarted computer, cs5 icons still there. also, whenever restart computer, browser history resets whatever on day encountered permissions problem. can not save bookmarks. also, files required type in password whenever try moving or deleting file. there other problems wanted see if knows problem have before adding more problems. thank   Forums Macs macOS macOS iPhone Mac OS & System Software iPad Apple Watch Notebooks iTunes Apple ID iCloud Desktop Comput...

iPhone won't sync with iTunes
