Will iPhone 4S/5 have a contract-free purchasing option?

i wondering if able preorder 4s/5 without contract once announced. att , dont know if wanna tied down 2 years. without contract on 3gs. iphone 4 able once announced? feedback appreciated!
 

the iphone 4 not available unlocked in until 3 months ago, no comparison last years launch know if available same day subsidized version.

have option unlocked iphone in us, don't see why wouldn't available.

Permissions Problem?

hello. unable log on computer. took mac store , said had problem permissions. reset computer's permissions , able log onto computer. however, since dock resets day had permissions problem. example, had various cs5 programs on dock. when upgraded cs5.5, replaced cs5 shortcuts cs5.5 counterparts. however, when restarted computer, cs5 icons still there. also, whenever restart computer, browser history resets whatever on day encountered permissions problem. can not save bookmarks. also, files required type in password whenever try moving or deleting file. there other problems wanted see if knows problem have before adding more problems. thank   Forums Macs macOS macOS iPhone Mac OS & System Software iPad Apple Watch Notebooks iTunes Apple ID iCloud Desktop Comput...

iPhone won't sync with iTunes
