Why no option to turn off 3G on the iPhone 4S?

apple website says battery life 14 hours on gsm/edge (2g) have removed setting turn off 3g. know why is?
 

figured had verizon , sprint having same hardware , software model at&t.

didn't want confuse cdma customers "turn off 3g" button since intended gsm iphones previously, not cdma.

agree though nice feature have miss :(

Permissions Problem?

hello. unable log on computer. took mac store , said had problem permissions. reset computer's permissions , able log onto computer. however, since dock resets day had permissions problem. example, had various cs5 programs on dock. when upgraded cs5.5, replaced cs5 shortcuts cs5.5 counterparts. however, when restarted computer, cs5 icons still there. also, whenever restart computer, browser history resets whatever on day encountered permissions problem. can not save bookmarks. also, files required type in password whenever try moving or deleting file. there other problems wanted see if knows problem have before adding more problems. thank   Forums Macs macOS macOS iPhone Mac OS & System Software iPad Apple Watch Notebooks iTunes Apple ID iCloud Desktop Comput...

iPhone won't sync with iTunes
