Question about paying for an iPhone?

i have 2 questions first i'm using upgrade phone coast $550, tax on $550 or on full retail. in thread heard problem, live in ny , idk if makes difference. next can use fathers credit card instead of cash because feel easier, i'm 17 , rather not carry around cash.
 

it depends on state live in. example, live in california, , sales tax figured on full retail price of phone. should able googling find out ny's laws are.

apple checking ids credit cards. if going take dad's card recommend taking dad.

edit: also, keep in mind @ 17 not legally eligible sign contract (i.e. use upgrade). account owner need you.

Permissions Problem?

hello. unable log on computer. took mac store , said had problem permissions. reset computer's permissions , able log onto computer. however, since dock resets day had permissions problem. example, had various cs5 programs on dock. when upgraded cs5.5, replaced cs5 shortcuts cs5.5 counterparts. however, when restarted computer, cs5 icons still there. also, whenever restart computer, browser history resets whatever on day encountered permissions problem. can not save bookmarks. also, files required type in password whenever try moving or deleting file. there other problems wanted see if knows problem have before adding more problems. thank   Forums Macs macOS macOS iPhone Mac OS & System Software iPad Apple Watch Notebooks iTunes Apple ID iCloud Desktop Comput...

iPhone won't sync with iTunes
