Dead Zone on mbp trackpad

hey there,

wiping down 2010 17" mbp damp cloth. ever since there seems dead zone on trackpad. if slide finger bottom top mouse stops responding in region. funny thing seems less responsive when move finger up/down vs left/right.

have somehow damaged trackpad either pressing hard or letting little water in crack?
 

i take apple store , replicate issue @ genius bar

Permissions Problem?

hello. unable log on computer. took mac store , said had problem permissions. reset computer's permissions , able log onto computer. however, since dock resets day had permissions problem. example, had various cs5 programs on dock. when upgraded cs5.5, replaced cs5 shortcuts cs5.5 counterparts. however, when restarted computer, cs5 icons still there. also, whenever restart computer, browser history resets whatever on day encountered permissions problem. can not save bookmarks. also, files required type in password whenever try moving or deleting file. there other problems wanted see if knows problem have before adding more problems. thank   Forums Macs macOS macOS iPhone Mac OS & System Software iPad Apple Watch Notebooks iTunes Apple ID iCloud Desktop Comput...

iPhone won't sync with iTunes
