Address book restore in Lion 10.7.2


for reason icloud accidentally deleted address book items. trying restore them time machine backup. before in snow leopard able restore single addresses opening time machine when address book running (in time machine right-clicking on single address , hitting restore). when in lion 2 options can see when right click on time machine address "export vcard" , "spotlight: name" ... nothing restore addresses.

has idea how restore addresses time machine backup in lion?
 

  1. quit address book
  2. open finder. option-click go , select library. browse application support --> address book
  3. drag folder named metadata desktop , delete file extension "abcddb"
  4. connect time machine drive , option-click time machine icon in dock. open address book folder in time machine ui
  5. restore metadata folder recent backup
