Two Apple IDs - third party apps in iCloud

so, lot of here, have 1 apple id make itunes purchases on , forced create when got mobileme.

we've been told can use mobileme icloud services , continue using our other apple id apps/music/video/etc.

now, apps use icloud saving documents , whatnot? automatically latch onto apple id purchased app rather mobileme account i'm using icloud?

confusing aspect of no-account-merging policy.

not sure if knows yet how shake out, have insight?

Permissions Problem?

hello. unable log on computer. took mac store , said had problem permissions. reset computer's permissions , able log onto computer. however, since dock resets day had permissions problem. example, had various cs5 programs on dock. when upgraded cs5.5, replaced cs5 shortcuts cs5.5 counterparts. however, when restarted computer, cs5 icons still there. also, whenever restart computer, browser history resets whatever on day encountered permissions problem. can not save bookmarks. also, files required type in password whenever try moving or deleting file. there other problems wanted see if knows problem have before adding more problems. thank   Forums Macs macOS macOS iPhone Mac OS & System Software iPad Apple Watch Notebooks iTunes Apple ID iCloud Desktop Comput...

iPhone won't sync with iTunes
