Should I care about AppleCare? (trackpad issue)

i got mbp in may year,

@ time planning traveling, wasn't sure when i'm going us, , didn't feel purchasing applecare protection plan.

of now, i'm noticing trackpad making slight "tick" sound when touch click.. normal? sound wasn't there when first purchased device "ticks" every time tap if repeated use seperated 2 layers.. :confused:

of have applecare, worth it?
 

i don't have applecare, it's worth it. month, logic board failed , had replaced. same day got back, hard drive failed. hard drive replacement alone cost applecare costs. applecare can save serious money if plan keep mac @ least 3 years. again, macs never need repairs in 3 years. it's better safe sorry.

Permissions Problem?

hello. unable log on computer. took mac store , said had problem permissions. reset computer's permissions , able log onto computer. however, since dock resets day had permissions problem. example, had various cs5 programs on dock. when upgraded cs5.5, replaced cs5 shortcuts cs5.5 counterparts. however, when restarted computer, cs5 icons still there. also, whenever restart computer, browser history resets whatever on day encountered permissions problem. can not save bookmarks. also, files required type in password whenever try moving or deleting file. there other problems wanted see if knows problem have before adding more problems. thank   Forums Macs macOS macOS iPhone Mac OS & System Software iPad Apple Watch Notebooks iTunes Apple ID iCloud Desktop Comput...

iPhone won't sync with iTunes
