kernel_task 250% cpu and stuttering

hi, morning macbook air i5, when i'm playing little flash game in facebook started stutter, kernel_task process takes resources, , fan started go crazy @ ~6500rpm. situation not resolved after reboot , if try boot in windows bootcamp, if join recovery system (so can exclude software issue..). think overheated , going kind of protection state , cpu works slow prevent damage. if damaged little work think macbook air 2011 have serious design problems heat dissipation! can't believe have send repair after less month, , remain terror happen again opening browser flash stuff.

most people don't realize flash intensive plug in. used everywhere, eats ton of cpu. playing flash games , high cpu usage isn't surprising @ all.

when processor gets warm (from high usage) computer throttles cpu, goes fast , slow fast , slow, on , over, way still bursts of speeds, when processor slows down can still cool off. stuttering normal behavior extremely high cpu usage , heat

Permissions Problem?

hello. unable log on computer. took mac store , said had problem permissions. reset computer's permissions , able log onto computer. however, since dock resets day had permissions problem. example, had various cs5 programs on dock. when upgraded cs5.5, replaced cs5 shortcuts cs5.5 counterparts. however, when restarted computer, cs5 icons still there. also, whenever restart computer, browser history resets whatever on day encountered permissions problem. can not save bookmarks. also, files required type in password whenever try moving or deleting file. there other problems wanted see if knows problem have before adding more problems. thank   Forums Macs macOS macOS iPhone Mac OS & System Software iPad Apple Watch Notebooks iTunes Apple ID iCloud Desktop Comput...

iPhone won't sync with iTunes
