iPhone will not let me restore

i got impatient , downloaded beta version of ios 5 yesterday. every thing going fine until got screen said,
'this device not registered part of iphone developer program...'

point tried restore, , got message software not available. have tried again today has officially released , @ first downloaded new ios5. still same developer warning screen. , can't go further.

there way erase previous developer settings , start fresh witha full restore? jailbreak it, wipe , restore?

have iphone 4 16gig, , being in australia i'm 99% it's gsm

Permissions Problem?

hello. unable log on computer. took mac store , said had problem permissions. reset computer's permissions , able log onto computer. however, since dock resets day had permissions problem. example, had various cs5 programs on dock. when upgraded cs5.5, replaced cs5 shortcuts cs5.5 counterparts. however, when restarted computer, cs5 icons still there. also, whenever restart computer, browser history resets whatever on day encountered permissions problem. can not save bookmarks. also, files required type in password whenever try moving or deleting file. there other problems wanted see if knows problem have before adding more problems. thank   Forums Macs macOS macOS iPhone Mac OS & System Software iPad Apple Watch Notebooks iTunes Apple ID iCloud Desktop Comput...

iPhone won't sync with iTunes
