URGENT HELP NEEDED WITH IPHONE 3GS - Wont Turn On

right okay, today picked iphone 3gs 16gb screen replacement shop had screen replaced due cracked screen, when got home, phone worked fine, 20 minutes ago, pressed home button, , nothing happened, knew charge on phone around half full or so, panicked , pressed home button , sleep/wake button 15 seconds, hard reset believe? again, nothing, more panic, went usb charger , connected laptop, , yet again, nothing @ all, not itune recognises it, please me, tried connecting laptop , going dfu mode nothing happened, screen replacement places fault?? literally desperate help.
please let me know
 

if computer recognises in itunes , restores properly. hardware related issue.

first open phone , reconnect lcd/headphone/digitiser (1,2,3)

of time should see white coming broken lcd. bet either loose connection or water damaged iphone has caught up.

Permissions Problem?

hello. unable log on computer. took mac store , said had problem permissions. reset computer's permissions , able log onto computer. however, since dock resets day had permissions problem. example, had various cs5 programs on dock. when upgraded cs5.5, replaced cs5 shortcuts cs5.5 counterparts. however, when restarted computer, cs5 icons still there. also, whenever restart computer, browser history resets whatever on day encountered permissions problem. can not save bookmarks. also, files required type in password whenever try moving or deleting file. there other problems wanted see if knows problem have before adding more problems. thank   Forums Macs macOS macOS iPhone Mac OS & System Software iPad Apple Watch Notebooks iTunes Apple ID iCloud Desktop Comput...

iPhone won't sync with iTunes
