Got Screwed by Apple, What do I do now?

i did preorder let me ship billing address, 400 miles away. called apple after , changed shipping address local address , did. called every day last week confirm , kept saying good, guess what, still delivered wrong address. can't have access phone @ least 3 weeks no 1 there after today.

question is, can go local store, iphone non- discounted upgrade price ($550) under line in family plan, , activate on line, return other phone when access it?
 

as long within 14 days.. or 30 days whatever stated return policy..

Permissions Problem?

hello. unable log on computer. took mac store , said had problem permissions. reset computer's permissions , able log onto computer. however, since dock resets day had permissions problem. example, had various cs5 programs on dock. when upgraded cs5.5, replaced cs5 shortcuts cs5.5 counterparts. however, when restarted computer, cs5 icons still there. also, whenever restart computer, browser history resets whatever on day encountered permissions problem. can not save bookmarks. also, files required type in password whenever try moving or deleting file. there other problems wanted see if knows problem have before adding more problems. thank   Forums Macs macOS macOS iPhone Mac OS & System Software iPad Apple Watch Notebooks iTunes Apple ID iCloud Desktop Comput...

iPhone won't sync with iTunes
