Please help! catch 22 while setting up mac mini!

i have mac mini wiped , i'm setting bootcamp on it. put on ntfs partition, , mac couldnt read that, got macfuse, , can transfer files. problem is, windows side useless has no drivers mac mini hardware, except firewire, have no use for. if had airport drivers windows xp "express" update live, have full service pack 1 download. need install service pack 3. need service pack 3 install boot camp update install of mac mini drivers. tried service pack 2, says needs 4 more megabytes archive, , refuses install, though drive has 100 gigs free. please help, nightmare. windows side useless without ethernet, bluetooth, wifi, basic usb drivers use flash drive! way in copy files directly mac side, cant copy on air update onto pc side needs connection work. thanks, microsoft! (apple, too)
 

is possible download sp3 on osx side , copy on winxp? i'm sorry if stupid suggestion; don't remember if ever offered stand alone installer exe.

Permissions Problem?

hello. unable log on computer. took mac store , said had problem permissions. reset computer's permissions , able log onto computer. however, since dock resets day had permissions problem. example, had various cs5 programs on dock. when upgraded cs5.5, replaced cs5 shortcuts cs5.5 counterparts. however, when restarted computer, cs5 icons still there. also, whenever restart computer, browser history resets whatever on day encountered permissions problem. can not save bookmarks. also, files required type in password whenever try moving or deleting file. there other problems wanted see if knows problem have before adding more problems. thank   Forums Macs macOS macOS iPhone Mac OS & System Software iPad Apple Watch Notebooks iTunes Apple ID iCloud Desktop Comput...

iPhone won't sync with iTunes
