mac pro buying questions

i'm looking few opinions, i'm looking buy mac pro tower. i've seen 2006 model going great prices. 2 processors one. reason i'm looking tower run adobe cs 5 photoshop indesign , illustrator , xcode, i'm gonna update memory maybe 16gb. question this, should enough tower needs i'm not video @ all. or should buy 1 brand new or wait till newest model comes out, or overkilling it? thank time.
 

i think best route buy current 2010 macpro if need now. or anther option, go second hand 2008 macpro 2.8ghz or 3.0ghz. thing ram of 2008 buffered type more expensive 2009 or 2008 macpro

2006 macpro, fill in needs graphic design logicboard still 32bit , default videocard, nvdia 7300gt problematic.

Permissions Problem?

hello. unable log on computer. took mac store , said had problem permissions. reset computer's permissions , able log onto computer. however, since dock resets day had permissions problem. example, had various cs5 programs on dock. when upgraded cs5.5, replaced cs5 shortcuts cs5.5 counterparts. however, when restarted computer, cs5 icons still there. also, whenever restart computer, browser history resets whatever on day encountered permissions problem. can not save bookmarks. also, files required type in password whenever try moving or deleting file. there other problems wanted see if knows problem have before adding more problems. thank   Forums Macs macOS macOS iPhone Mac OS & System Software iPad Apple Watch Notebooks iTunes Apple ID iCloud Desktop Comput...

iPhone won't sync with iTunes
