iPhone 4s in Canada

i interested in buying iphone 4s since current phone ancient, plans seem insanely high. i'm paying around $30 month on rogers. have looked on main carriers websites (bell, telus, rogers) , require $50 or more plan in order price reduction phone. don't need lot of data, , want plan under $50. friends launch of previous iphones, special plans introduced. going happen again, , if so, plans under $50? thanks.
 

i wish had pay $50 quite lucky friend.

Permissions Problem?

hello. unable log on computer. took mac store , said had problem permissions. reset computer's permissions , able log onto computer. however, since dock resets day had permissions problem. example, had various cs5 programs on dock. when upgraded cs5.5, replaced cs5 shortcuts cs5.5 counterparts. however, when restarted computer, cs5 icons still there. also, whenever restart computer, browser history resets whatever on day encountered permissions problem. can not save bookmarks. also, files required type in password whenever try moving or deleting file. there other problems wanted see if knows problem have before adding more problems. thank   Forums Macs macOS macOS iPhone Mac OS & System Software iPad Apple Watch Notebooks iTunes Apple ID iCloud Desktop Comput...

iPhone won't sync with iTunes
