Apple wireless keyboard issues

have got apple aluminium wireless keyboard , have noticed ? , / key not seem work. no other key keys affected , else works fine. have repaired permissions, tried new user account, removed key , checked dust nothing seems work. if plug usb keyboard in key works fine. ideas?
 

they seem plagued issues. first 1 used randomly act if down key depressed. 1 have won't capitalize letter , instead shift+i enters space instead. scrolling issue , keyboard start scrolling down on own until mash down key couple times. if cans till return it, would. love typing on mine, quarks can annoying sometimes.

Permissions Problem?

hello. unable log on computer. took mac store , said had problem permissions. reset computer's permissions , able log onto computer. however, since dock resets day had permissions problem. example, had various cs5 programs on dock. when upgraded cs5.5, replaced cs5 shortcuts cs5.5 counterparts. however, when restarted computer, cs5 icons still there. also, whenever restart computer, browser history resets whatever on day encountered permissions problem. can not save bookmarks. also, files required type in password whenever try moving or deleting file. there other problems wanted see if knows problem have before adding more problems. thank   Forums Macs macOS macOS iPhone Mac OS & System Software iPad Apple Watch Notebooks iTunes Apple ID iCloud Desktop Comput...

iPhone won't sync with iTunes
