i'm not sure if right section saw no better place list it. when iphone 4 released purchased 5 family. had 5 new apple care agreements purchased separately. registered agreements phones , showed online when logged support online. after month 1 of phones acting up. went apple store , swapped out. well.
looked @ agreements month later when purchased apple piece of hardware , realized 1 of phones missing. called apple , told me after quite time of research agreement not moved new phone , somehow assigned in different country (don't recall where). assured me problem resolved , data in system. hung , waited.
month went called again. same scenario last call same results. have called no less 12 times. have been assigned different case #s periodically. 1 of other phones no longer shows on account. apple support tells me show 2nd phone listed on side , no idea why unable see listed on account.
last spoke apple on 6/28/11 , rep assured me escalate case , call me back. no return call today logged in , checked case online. dismay case says closed on feb 9th. how can be??? spoke rep on 6/28/11.
phone out of warranty , apple care agreement should kick in. phone has been having issues today , started thinking screwed apple since won't fix apple care agreement.
can offer advice how can fix this? when call support tell me there no way contact department resolves these matters , can't call department. can escalate cases. can't believe company apple put loyal customer through grief! can out there offer help???
i call , ask speak supervisor immediately. don't beat around bush explaining bunch more low level techs again, escalate immediately, , don't off phone until resolved. make sure names of talk can try them if try delay again.
