won't allow to me to restore from old backup

hi guys,

iphone 4 has gone mia last friday night, , have been using old iphone 3 until insurance comes through , replacement iphone 4.

trying backup info on iphone 4 on iphone 3g, won't allow me, saying software out of date , need set new phone , update software , try , again, won't allow me same message comes every time process mentioned above.

can help?? or won't apple allow me 'downgrade' phones such.

the problem running ios 4 on iphone 4 , have ios 3.x on 3g. since 3g not support ios 4 cannot restore backup of iphone 4 it, need 3gs or iphone 4 in order backup usable.

Permissions Problem?

hello. unable log on computer. took mac store , said had problem permissions. reset computer's permissions , able log onto computer. however, since dock resets day had permissions problem. example, had various cs5 programs on dock. when upgraded cs5.5, replaced cs5 shortcuts cs5.5 counterparts. however, when restarted computer, cs5 icons still there. also, whenever restart computer, browser history resets whatever on day encountered permissions problem. can not save bookmarks. also, files required type in password whenever try moving or deleting file. there other problems wanted see if knows problem have before adding more problems. thank   Forums Macs macOS macOS iPhone Mac OS & System Software iPad Apple Watch Notebooks iTunes Apple ID iCloud Desktop Comput...

iPhone won't sync with iTunes
