Difference Between iCloud Mail and Regular Mail?

i'm sorry if stupid question, new features of icloud mail? got new .me account , got email:

but doesn't regular mail app that? i've been using mail app on ipod touch , has features. gather, new thing icloud gives me new email account. it? missing?
 

with e-mail accounts on iphone (microsoft exchange accounts, , believe yahoo well, being exceptions) mail not "pushed." instead, phone checks every , (whatever set check, 5 min, 15 min, etc. in settings).

@me.com email icloud gives you, notification instantly when receive new message, instead of waiting phone "fetch" mail every many minutes.

Permissions Problem?

hello. unable log on computer. took mac store , said had problem permissions. reset computer's permissions , able log onto computer. however, since dock resets day had permissions problem. example, had various cs5 programs on dock. when upgraded cs5.5, replaced cs5 shortcuts cs5.5 counterparts. however, when restarted computer, cs5 icons still there. also, whenever restart computer, browser history resets whatever on day encountered permissions problem. can not save bookmarks. also, files required type in password whenever try moving or deleting file. there other problems wanted see if knows problem have before adding more problems. thank   Forums Macs macOS macOS iPhone Mac OS & System Software iPad Apple Watch Notebooks iTunes Apple ID iCloud Desktop Comput...

iPhone won't sync with iTunes
