[for of lazy read long story (sorry), long story short, havent gotten single email. no t&c email, no confirmation, no working order number, online statement showing charge, , stupid csrs arent helping. im stuck.]
ive been having many damn problems at&t since ip4s preorder date. , ive been them 7 years , been iphone user since first came out. absolutely ridiculous , im lost next.
10/7 #1: called at&t preorder ip4s. waited 20minutes thru. got thru , csr said had redirect me because of sort of system failure had. put on hold 15 minutes redirected have wait 15. got disconnected.
10/07 #2: called, took 20 minutes. got connected lady , told name , wanted preorder. thru process, told me couldnt because account still under fathers name, (he opened account me yearsss ago took on payments , on via online) told them transfer information me said not because im not father.duh, know last 4 of ssn. said wouldnt though both knew thats way verify they're talking to. pretty told me call again....
10/07 #3: call at&t preorder. got thru after 25minutes , got connected guy claims hes based in texas. said father , gave last 4 of ssn. went smooth. proceeded preorder , told me eligible white 32gb ip4s $299. cool. told him info , wanted transfer information "my son". gave new email yadda yadda. told me experiencing problems selecting "data plan".....when kept hearing aim instant message sounds going off in background nonstop. told me he'd ask supervisor. put me on hold 5x totaling 45minutes - 1hr. asked direct call number incase disconnected. said he'll call me if case...and guess what, puts me on hold cuts off. 10 minutes later, no call back.
10/07 #4: call yet again. waited 30minutes. got nice lady placed order in after telling bad experiences. told me there no notes regarding previous phone call , according system, no phone call existed.try stay calm because on , order in....so think. proceeds give me order number , tells me i'll redirected automated message regarding orders. automated message said id received email regarding terms , conditions , must accept order process , within 24hours or order cancelled. did not receive t&c email read on macrumors at&t experiencing delays , waited out till following morning.
10/08 #1: called, waited 15 minutes, , got thru. ask questions regarding t&c email. told csr account shows charge phone. told unusual because experiencing delays confirmation emails , not t&c emails. told me go wireless.att.com/tc accept t&c seems website doesnt find pending request accept t&c @ all. csr nice , told me he'd speak supervisor , no longer continue picking other calls until problem resolved. got off phone , called me within 10 minutes. told me must error in delayed systems , should have tomorrow (10/09). if not, call asap , follow make sure order not cancelled , not lose place in order line , receive 10/14. (best csr experience far).
10/09 #1: called back, waited 20 minutes , got stupid b*@!^. told didnt t&c email , told me im not supposed one.told wrong , supposed receive 1 because else orders 1 did. told better phone on time or else ill angry. told me if ordered on 10/7 might on way already. told doesnt know shes talking because comes on out 10/14 hence why preorder. started giving me negative tone of voice , tells me go wireless.att.com/tc accept it. told did day before , says "cannot find pending request accept t&c...and if dont, youd receive order confirmation email."...still no email. kept saying "so accepted it?" , said no cant find reason accept , no email. replies "so did it". reply nooooo. told havent received since letter, text, call, email, or response saying order being processed @ all. know, bank account way know went thru. puts me on hold 10 minutes. gets on phone , tells me accepted t&c.
heated , tell she's doing wrong , theres no way , proceeds give me more attitude. tell read on screen know crap shes looking at. tells me wait , try again day after. ask speak supervisor mid way during stupid advice call back. says "...umm okay can that..." puts me on hold 10 minutes. comes , tells me should try att.com/tc again.
tell stop , connect me supervisor. on hold again 10 minutes. comes again , tells me, "my supervisior says..." stop , tell "i didnt ask ask supervisor do. asked speak supervisor." puts me on hold again come again , tell me supervisor said need talk at&t premier because order them closed 5 minutes ago.
wtf! hell did come from?! number , hang on stupid b*@!$.
10/10 #1: called at&t premier. waited 30minutes! got connected lady , first things ask "good morning, name, phone number regarding call, , call number incase disconnected". first thought, okay cool, they'll call back... -__- shouldve known better. right after giving call number, says "okay how can you?" , reply, "well ive been having horrible experiences regarding iphone 4s ord....[hung up]".wow! oh and, guess what...they didnt call back.
10/10 #2: call at&t customer service speak csr cause maybe stupid lady 10/09 didnt know talking , calling premier wrong advice (she 1 told me them). stupid idiot picks phone after waiting 20 minutes. asks me name is, reply, ask user of phone -__-... reply. says, "no user.." -__- said, ummm. me. im talking right now. says "oh. thats right" tell him how stupid going , doesnt bother trying out situation , new , instead reads notes , tells me there note on system csr rep telling me call premier. ask why 1 brought them after numerous attempts , didnt know talking about. pretty refuses me out , says cant see order @ on side , premier know. great....i hang up.
10/10 #3: call premier. automated message. punch necessary numbers directed regarding orders come across automated message at&t premier experiencing technical difficulties , call time....
do now?! still have no email regarding order , stupid order number lady gave me after placed doesnt show anywhere on at&t's website! havent gotten anything!
