TextEdit - how to disable autosave on cmd+Q


in lion i've noticed when quitting out of textedit using cmd+q...if have written down doesn't ask if want save file, closes program , auto saves when open textedit next.

know if use cmd+w close instead of quit it'll ask save or not , when open next it'll fresh(empty) new textedit page...the problem it's step quit textedit running.

wondering if knew way work around , have cmd+q ask save/notsave or auto not save @ when quitting.
