Should i do a fresh install for lion on my 2011 mbp

i have 2011 mbp 17 inch, , have starcraft downloaded , couple of movie files. have had 6months now, , wondering if should fresh install of lion.

don't want computer slow down " couple of seconds" , im afraid happen if don't clean install.

advise me do, post link of how fresh install properly. " fresh install have reinstall snow leopard lion?"

Permissions Problem?

hello. unable log on computer. took mac store , said had problem permissions. reset computer's permissions , able log onto computer. however, since dock resets day had permissions problem. example, had various cs5 programs on dock. when upgraded cs5.5, replaced cs5 shortcuts cs5.5 counterparts. however, when restarted computer, cs5 icons still there. also, whenever restart computer, browser history resets whatever on day encountered permissions problem. can not save bookmarks. also, files required type in password whenever try moving or deleting file. there other problems wanted see if knows problem have before adding more problems. thank   Forums Macs macOS macOS iPhone Mac OS & System Software iPad Apple Watch Notebooks iTunes Apple ID iCloud Desktop Comput...

iPhone won't sync with iTunes
