Pre-Ordering from Apple vs Carrier?

i've done bit of searching, , after weeding through dozens of pre-order questions, not find answer...

question #1: if have verizon wireless account multiple lines, , have upgrade eligibility on wifes phone, matter if use upgrade me?

question#2: "better" way go when preordering? directly through apple, or through verizon? if prefer phone shipped home, method faster?

verizon deliver faster based on previous launch. can use wife's upgrade. no problem.

Permissions Problem?

hello. unable log on computer. took mac store , said had problem permissions. reset computer's permissions , able log onto computer. however, since dock resets day had permissions problem. example, had various cs5 programs on dock. when upgraded cs5.5, replaced cs5 shortcuts cs5.5 counterparts. however, when restarted computer, cs5 icons still there. also, whenever restart computer, browser history resets whatever on day encountered permissions problem. can not save bookmarks. also, files required type in password whenever try moving or deleting file. there other problems wanted see if knows problem have before adding more problems. thank   Forums Macs macOS macOS iPhone Mac OS & System Software iPad Apple Watch Notebooks iTunes Apple ID iCloud Desktop Comput...

iPhone won't sync with iTunes
