Is iTunes Match broken?

i know isn't available public yet, have dev account.

itunes match worked fine month ago although matched maybe 2% of music. now, when turn on itunes match, progress bars appear frozen on mac after 10 minutes or says successful , library available on devices. however, when turn on itunes match on ios devices, there no songs available.

else having issue??
 

i know itunes 10.5.1 in beta , 1 of first things mentioned in notes test match.

Permissions Problem?

hello. unable log on computer. took mac store , said had problem permissions. reset computer's permissions , able log onto computer. however, since dock resets day had permissions problem. example, had various cs5 programs on dock. when upgraded cs5.5, replaced cs5 shortcuts cs5.5 counterparts. however, when restarted computer, cs5 icons still there. also, whenever restart computer, browser history resets whatever on day encountered permissions problem. can not save bookmarks. also, files required type in password whenever try moving or deleting file. there other problems wanted see if knows problem have before adding more problems. thank   Forums Macs macOS macOS iPhone Mac OS & System Software iPad Apple Watch Notebooks iTunes Apple ID iCloud Desktop Comput...

iPhone won't sync with iTunes
