iPhone Restore/Game Data Preservation Questions

my situation want upgrade iphone ios5 , change syncing computer old desktop macbook pro. doing either of these things cause me restore phone. suppose question 2 parts.

1. when backup phone, backup progress in games angry birds, words friends, etc... when reinstall games after restoring, progress still there?

2. should change syncing computers first or upgrade ios5 first? there advantages or disadvantages of doing 1 first before other?

Permissions Problem?

hello. unable log on computer. took mac store , said had problem permissions. reset computer's permissions , able log onto computer. however, since dock resets day had permissions problem. example, had various cs5 programs on dock. when upgraded cs5.5, replaced cs5 shortcuts cs5.5 counterparts. however, when restarted computer, cs5 icons still there. also, whenever restart computer, browser history resets whatever on day encountered permissions problem. can not save bookmarks. also, files required type in password whenever try moving or deleting file. there other problems wanted see if knows problem have before adding more problems. thank   Forums Macs macOS macOS iPhone Mac OS & System Software iPad Apple Watch Notebooks iTunes Apple ID iCloud Desktop Comput...

iPhone won't sync with iTunes
