iPhone 3GS bricken, please help!!

hey guys! writing in desperation find , hope here can me. please read entire post before post comments suggestions, thanks!

facts:
*i try clear , detailed possible*
-i used have old iphone2 unlocked , jailbrocken , working great, until 1 day accidentally washed , end of phone.
-just few days ago bought used iphone 3gs. when picked phone, working fine.
-then went in preferences , setting of phone , hit reset user , data information in order remove of stuff person bought had. after few minutes phone completed process , went in screen allows emergency calls , asks conect phone itunes.
-i went home , plugged in pc.
-the computer recognized phone immediately. opened itunes, newest version of since downloaded day before, , phone showed in itunes well.
-next thing itunes asked me if want set new phone or restore previous iphone up. picked second one.
-all going until after being done restore, message popped out on computer screen error code. sorry did not make note of error number , don't remember nor can make same error message appear again. remember said unknown error has occurred , itunes can not complete recovery of device or that.
-at point phone powered off , when came on, got stuck on screen usb cable , disk 2 notes on guess apple logo for, connect phone itunes.
-i did not itunes not recognize phone, windows not recognize , stays on screen described above.

current phone condition:
-like said, phone sucked usb cable , itunes logo screen. know every single 1 of out there thinking. hard reset or put in dfu recovery mode. guys have tried every single guide managed find how both of things, no luck.
-the phone not charge properly. when plugged in wall outlet shows battery stuck @ thin red line.
-when plugged in usb port comes on , sits @ usb , itunes screen without doing anything. moment unplug it, goes battery screen after no more 5 minutes.
-occasionally , interestingly when unplug usb, pop message device not recognized , might not work properly, doesn't happen every time.

have tried far:
-holding both home , power buttons until phone powers off, releasing home button until comes on, hold home , power button again until goes off again , keep holding home button until itunes recognize iphone in recovery mode never does. after goes ****ing screen usb , apple logo.
-then tried thing many people said should work , after powering off , remove docking cable connect itunes while holding home button. did that, , nothing happened. held home button pressed more minute , nothing @ happening.
-tried removing , reinstalling itunes several times. no result.
-then tried removing apple software managed find: itunes, quicktime, apple mobile device support, bonjour ,apple application support (in order) , reinstalling itunes again. nothing!!!
-i went in itunes , manually deleted ups old iphone. made no difference well.
-tried using several programs such smallumbrella, , few more names don't remember remember of them claimed can kick phone out of or put in dfu mode. none of them worked me. think because computer doesn't see iphone when plugged in therefore programs not detect well.
-i tried every single usb port on computer, no result.
-tried unplugging every single usb device , shutting off computer , unplug power outlet , let sit few minutes before power on. nada!
-i tried charging phone through wall cable first although powers on , screen big battery stays on, doesn't seem take charge.
-i tried going in device manager , apple mobile device or word apple in it, under usb controllers there none. have looked in every single directory of device manager folder find word apple , there nothing?!?
-as writing uninstalling apple related software , program using revouninstallerpro doubt make difference well.
-i live in mexico don't thing apple stores or genius bar (what ever is) exist here. since iphone used can't ring apple , tell them send me new one.

conclusion:
can see usuall trick holding home , power buttons not work me. pc doesn't see phone , itunes doesn't see phone no matter combination of buttons , different time intervals press, please, not send me guide how hard reset or put phone in dfu (or ever called) mode unless doing wrong why not working me. of research have done, suspect itunes did not install , missing driver or file make phone show in both windows , itunes. however, why phone not show in windows since if don't have itunes installed complete mystery me. suspect missing correct usb driver. times when message windows says device not recognized , might ot work klick on details tab , says not working because there no driver installed device. fine "experts" if case, windows should automatically download , install proper driver @ next restart of machine.
so... here is. wanted phone , running again , instead apple asked upgrade firmwire bricked it. bunch apple!!!!!! think covered pretty in post. appreciate , suggestions have not done myself. if need additional information feel free ask me , gladly best provide it. if know how fix issue perhaps arranged skype meeting think faster , easier both of us.

i had similar issue 3gs, stuck in recovery mode. tried did. except running ios 5 beta 7.

kind of computer have?


had go in , edit hosts file on mac. allowed itunes restore phone finally.
