Why do I have 25gb on iCloud but not my family?

i purchased family pack mobileme , transitioning of our devices on icloud, noticed have 25gb of storage none of family members have 5gb.

didn't mobileme users have 20gb of storage , why aren't able access 25gb of storage because paid "family pack" included quite bit of storage, thinking should have also.
 

i'm trying sort out confusion right now. according chat rep i'm talking right now, user gets 25gb until june 30, 2012 master account.

have sworn saw sub-account or 2 25gb , going have double-check myself few users.

i totally agree should have given in master pack 25gb family whole can figure out whether it's want june 30, 2012!

suspect in marketing screwed 1 up!

Permissions Problem?

hello. unable log on computer. took mac store , said had problem permissions. reset computer's permissions , able log onto computer. however, since dock resets day had permissions problem. example, had various cs5 programs on dock. when upgraded cs5.5, replaced cs5 shortcuts cs5.5 counterparts. however, when restarted computer, cs5 icons still there. also, whenever restart computer, browser history resets whatever on day encountered permissions problem. can not save bookmarks. also, files required type in password whenever try moving or deleting file. there other problems wanted see if knows problem have before adding more problems. thank   Forums Macs macOS macOS iPhone Mac OS & System Software iPad Apple Watch Notebooks iTunes Apple ID iCloud Desktop Comput...

iPhone won't sync with iTunes
