Simple Automator question in Lion to make Folder Action

driving me bonkers! want build simple automator folder action such when drop file designated folder blank email launched file attached it.

thing is, have managed once, can't repeat it. think chose folder action starting place , dragged on finder items, new mail message, add attachment front mail message. somehow managed save workflow.

somehow!...

using lion, save version , can't save workflow.

in short, can has done talk me through 3 or 4 simple steps please?
 

have considered right-clicking file, going services, clicking new email attachment?

Permissions Problem?

hello. unable log on computer. took mac store , said had problem permissions. reset computer's permissions , able log onto computer. however, since dock resets day had permissions problem. example, had various cs5 programs on dock. when upgraded cs5.5, replaced cs5 shortcuts cs5.5 counterparts. however, when restarted computer, cs5 icons still there. also, whenever restart computer, browser history resets whatever on day encountered permissions problem. can not save bookmarks. also, files required type in password whenever try moving or deleting file. there other problems wanted see if knows problem have before adding more problems. thank   Forums Macs macOS macOS iPhone Mac OS & System Software iPad Apple Watch Notebooks iTunes Apple ID iCloud Desktop Comput...

iPhone won't sync with iTunes
