Should I switch and upgrade?

so have at&t iphone 4 sucks , been waiting iphone 5 , possibly switch verizon then. there no iphone 5, shall do?

1. sell iphone 4 , upgrade iphone 4s still remain on at&t? hate at&t coverage in area. sorry ignorance eligible iphone 4s discounted pricing or still have pay full price because i'm upgrading? got iphone 4 first time came out.

2. sell iphone 4 , switch verizon , iphone 4s? guess have pay at&t etf, not sure how calculate etf have pay around time. said, got iphone 4 first time came out.

3. sell iphone 4 , switch verizon , same old iphone 4 , not have wait long iphone 5? verizon has same upgrade policy at&t if upgrade iphone 4 verizon iphone 5 sometime in future? how work let's iphone 5 comes out next year?

4. or keep current iphone 4 , stay horrible at&t till iphone 5 comes out?

it's not need new iphone 4s features, it's i'm frustrated current at&t , if still have old iphone 4 long network coverage good, i'll fine, need everyone's opinion. or suggestions appreciated. thanks.
 

personally i'd wait iphone 5 if have 4, no point in switching verizon 2 year contract , stuck 4s when inevitable 4g iphone 5 drops next year.....

Permissions Problem?

hello. unable log on computer. took mac store , said had problem permissions. reset computer's permissions , able log onto computer. however, since dock resets day had permissions problem. example, had various cs5 programs on dock. when upgraded cs5.5, replaced cs5 shortcuts cs5.5 counterparts. however, when restarted computer, cs5 icons still there. also, whenever restart computer, browser history resets whatever on day encountered permissions problem. can not save bookmarks. also, files required type in password whenever try moving or deleting file. there other problems wanted see if knows problem have before adding more problems. thank   Forums Macs macOS macOS iPhone Mac OS & System Software iPad Apple Watch Notebooks iTunes Apple ID iCloud Desktop Comput...

iPhone won't sync with iTunes
