Physically Stuck DVD

ok, have newer imac has dvd physically stuck inside. tried everything, credit card method, cd method, tilting , leaving face , face down , hitting eject. no luck.

there not disk icon showing up. when force eject through terminal, sounds wants come out, won't.

able cd insert drive , eject!

@ point guessing lodged in there , bet take in store (or take risky route , try remove cover , take out myself). correct or there still hope might reposition spot still pop out?

advice appreciated.

Permissions Problem?

hello. unable log on computer. took mac store , said had problem permissions. reset computer's permissions , able log onto computer. however, since dock resets day had permissions problem. example, had various cs5 programs on dock. when upgraded cs5.5, replaced cs5 shortcuts cs5.5 counterparts. however, when restarted computer, cs5 icons still there. also, whenever restart computer, browser history resets whatever on day encountered permissions problem. can not save bookmarks. also, files required type in password whenever try moving or deleting file. there other problems wanted see if knows problem have before adding more problems. thank   Forums Macs macOS macOS iPhone Mac OS & System Software iPad Apple Watch Notebooks iTunes Apple ID iCloud Desktop Comput...

iPhone won't sync with iTunes
