Ordering 4S with family members upgrade?

ok have question:

wanting order 4s, using moms upgrade, phone , give iphone 4. using 3gs.

how whole switching of numbers , stuff work?

i'm in london until november, want able phone home in 3 days before going school winter term.

if have order 4s through apple site, able use 3gs until home? ordering phone won't affect having swap numbers new microsim or anything? or automatically come pre-loaded new number since ordering using line?

Permissions Problem?

hello. unable log on computer. took mac store , said had problem permissions. reset computer's permissions , able log onto computer. however, since dock resets day had permissions problem. example, had various cs5 programs on dock. when upgraded cs5.5, replaced cs5 shortcuts cs5.5 counterparts. however, when restarted computer, cs5 icons still there. also, whenever restart computer, browser history resets whatever on day encountered permissions problem. can not save bookmarks. also, files required type in password whenever try moving or deleting file. there other problems wanted see if knows problem have before adding more problems. thank   Forums Macs macOS macOS iPhone Mac OS & System Software iPad Apple Watch Notebooks iTunes Apple ID iCloud Desktop Comput...

iPhone won't sync with iTunes
