MBP not charging when I run Skype or games

so got new mbp in august of year (only couple of months ago) , began using facetime, skype , playing games on it. when of previous activities, naturally drains battery quickly. so, average intelligence user, began plug in mbp when doing said activities. however, 80% of time battery not charge while plugged in when i'm running these programs , plugged in battery symbol followed (not charging).

wondering if other people experience well, or if rarity should have apple take @ before warranty up. :/

if matters @ here specs are:
mac os x 10.6.8
2.2 ghz intel core i7
8 gb 1333 mhz ddr3
, said, few months old
 

the new macbook pros draw more power adapter provides under heavy load (i.e., gaming). under heavy load machine draw on battery power adapter. machine won't loose charge, nor charge.

Permissions Problem?

hello. unable log on computer. took mac store , said had problem permissions. reset computer's permissions , able log onto computer. however, since dock resets day had permissions problem. example, had various cs5 programs on dock. when upgraded cs5.5, replaced cs5 shortcuts cs5.5 counterparts. however, when restarted computer, cs5 icons still there. also, whenever restart computer, browser history resets whatever on day encountered permissions problem. can not save bookmarks. also, files required type in password whenever try moving or deleting file. there other problems wanted see if knows problem have before adding more problems. thank   Forums Macs macOS macOS iPhone Mac OS & System Software iPad Apple Watch Notebooks iTunes Apple ID iCloud Desktop Comput...

iPhone won't sync with iTunes
