Making an iPhone app query

hi,

how go making app page made of 3x4 image gallery, clicking on image enlarges image information underneath image. also, slide between pages of images.
same iphone menu, clicking on app makes fill screen , can slide though pages of apps (images).
image below similar like:

thing believe difficult app need able update (delete , upload) images using it, @ midnight new set of images appear new page name (so date @ top of page matches actual date is).

there programs can use out there allow me quite have no programming knowledge @ all.
(or how cost make me?)

Permissions Problem?

hello. unable log on computer. took mac store , said had problem permissions. reset computer's permissions , able log onto computer. however, since dock resets day had permissions problem. example, had various cs5 programs on dock. when upgraded cs5.5, replaced cs5 shortcuts cs5.5 counterparts. however, when restarted computer, cs5 icons still there. also, whenever restart computer, browser history resets whatever on day encountered permissions problem. can not save bookmarks. also, files required type in password whenever try moving or deleting file. there other problems wanted see if knows problem have before adding more problems. thank   Forums Macs macOS macOS iPhone Mac OS & System Software iPad Apple Watch Notebooks iTunes Apple ID iCloud Desktop Comput...

iPhone won't sync with iTunes
