battery question, when to unplug?

i read battery faqs recommends should use laptop without a/c adapter of time (unplugged)
on apple site says "apple recommends charging , discharging battery @ least once per month. need reminder? add event desktop’s ical".

use laptop unplugged time until need charge?
keep plugged time , drain battery once month?

new laptop user here need understanding :(
 

don't let battery you. laptop tool use. use see fit. should fit life , daily schedule (not define them). if worried not charging battery there times when leave house , battery isn't charged - what. mine charging until need move away plug. nor worries. today's batteries more sophisticated use be. enjoy machine , forget battery.

Permissions Problem?

hello. unable log on computer. took mac store , said had problem permissions. reset computer's permissions , able log onto computer. however, since dock resets day had permissions problem. example, had various cs5 programs on dock. when upgraded cs5.5, replaced cs5 shortcuts cs5.5 counterparts. however, when restarted computer, cs5 icons still there. also, whenever restart computer, browser history resets whatever on day encountered permissions problem. can not save bookmarks. also, files required type in password whenever try moving or deleting file. there other problems wanted see if knows problem have before adding more problems. thank   Forums Macs macOS macOS iPhone Mac OS & System Software iPad Apple Watch Notebooks iTunes Apple ID iCloud Desktop Comput...

iPhone won't sync with iTunes
