Little plus + marks show up in photos (iPhone 4S)

well took few pics using iphone 4s , there little + marks in photos. know why? checked few other pics shot iphone 4s on flickr , have little marks too. iphone 4 not have issue though.
 

attached files:

shoot piece of white paper, without moving phone, move paper left or right , shoot again. check photos. if plus marks don't move, it's sensor issue. if move, it's compression artifacts in jpeg.

Permissions Problem?

hello. unable log on computer. took mac store , said had problem permissions. reset computer's permissions , able log onto computer. however, since dock resets day had permissions problem. example, had various cs5 programs on dock. when upgraded cs5.5, replaced cs5 shortcuts cs5.5 counterparts. however, when restarted computer, cs5 icons still there. also, whenever restart computer, browser history resets whatever on day encountered permissions problem. can not save bookmarks. also, files required type in password whenever try moving or deleting file. there other problems wanted see if knows problem have before adding more problems. thank   Forums Macs macOS macOS iPhone Mac OS & System Software iPad Apple Watch Notebooks iTunes Apple ID iCloud Desktop Comput...

iPhone won't sync with iTunes
