Using an external blu-ray ODD with a Mini

can advise me how set external optical drive 2011 base mac mini. it's blu-ray samsung player , dvd/cd burner should allow me play blu-ray disc via mini onto lcd tv. i'm using mini media server , have eyetv dtt tuner recording tv movies , shows wanted replace blu-ray player (full size tv model) smaller optical drive reduce footprint of set up. it's usb powered i'll need plug mini's usb's.
 

now u need app play , recorded whatever need. know app others use on here.

Permissions Problem?

hello. unable log on computer. took mac store , said had problem permissions. reset computer's permissions , able log onto computer. however, since dock resets day had permissions problem. example, had various cs5 programs on dock. when upgraded cs5.5, replaced cs5 shortcuts cs5.5 counterparts. however, when restarted computer, cs5 icons still there. also, whenever restart computer, browser history resets whatever on day encountered permissions problem. can not save bookmarks. also, files required type in password whenever try moving or deleting file. there other problems wanted see if knows problem have before adding more problems. thank   Forums Macs macOS macOS iPhone Mac OS & System Software iPad Apple Watch Notebooks iTunes Apple ID iCloud Desktop Comput...

iPhone won't sync with iTunes
