Use AIR closed with external keyboard etc?

where or in menu set new air (my 1st mac) run clamshell closed, external display, keyboard , trackpad?
 

there no configuration needed. plug stuff, close lid, wake computer either using mouse or keyboard.

if nothing appears on external monitor (rare case), open lid , press alt+f1 on mba keyboard, click "detect monitors". try again , should work.

Permissions Problem?

hello. unable log on computer. took mac store , said had problem permissions. reset computer's permissions , able log onto computer. however, since dock resets day had permissions problem. example, had various cs5 programs on dock. when upgraded cs5.5, replaced cs5 shortcuts cs5.5 counterparts. however, when restarted computer, cs5 icons still there. also, whenever restart computer, browser history resets whatever on day encountered permissions problem. can not save bookmarks. also, files required type in password whenever try moving or deleting file. there other problems wanted see if knows problem have before adding more problems. thank   Forums Macs macOS macOS iPhone Mac OS & System Software iPad Apple Watch Notebooks iTunes Apple ID iCloud Desktop Comput...

iPhone won't sync with iTunes
