upgrade swap or just swap sims?

is necessary call at&t or can swap sim out of current 4 (that go wife) 4s coming in (which ordered under #)?

, if can swap sims, have before turning 4s on?
 

it depends on ordered from, apple or at&t?

at&t send specific activation steps , activate new iphone 4s using activation information receive at&t.

once complete activation step, swap micro-sims , go now. phone number moves micro-sim. wife's number tied new micro-sim , can reuse existing micro-sim current iphone 4.

apple have different activation process check on friday latest details. last year iphone 4 tied phone number ordered againt , had activated against line before swap micro-sim. in itunes presented phone number not edit field , prompted enter last 4 digits of account owner's ssn.

note: either activation step listed above result in wife's current sim being deactivated make sure aware of what's when try activate.

Permissions Problem?

iPhone won't sync with iTunes
