following on interest generated yesterday's disclosure wireless carriers using special build of ios containing unique property list files referring lte compatibility, engadget reports at&t has installed lte network equipment in @ least 1 apple retail store.
rumors have indicated iphone 5 supporting hspa+ 4g standard, apple reportedly holding off on supporting more advanced lte 4g standard time being until adoption spreads , chips meeting apple's size , performance standards become available next year.

apple providing carrier partners special ios builds referencing lte , carriers at&t apparently installing lte equipment on-site @ apple stores, seems natural speculate apple indeed testing lte-enabled iphones, perhaps in real-world settings. developments provide hope seeking lte iphone later year, majority of reports continue indicate apple holding off until 2012 make technology available public.
