my current lineup in signature. however, moving around in year come, i'd ditch desktop setup beautiful matte 20-inch acd. use mbp on own, whenever find desperately miss matte display, plus, 13" isn't enough screen real estate me. hence, sincerely considering getting 15" base model mbp matte screen. however, know apple come out brand new line of mbps next year, why asking apple's current position on matte displays.
on 1 hand, have bad experience buying rev. 1 macs (hello powerbook g4 , macbook air), however, on other hand, i'd pretty annoyed if apple released new mbp line improved battery life, usb 3.0, , matte display... don't want put myself in position there no longer matte option.
know conventional logic if need computer now, buy what's available , stop fretting may or may not released in future, point technically not need computer now.
i'd appreciate insights might have re apple's position on matte displays learning other perspectives on problem of privilege
thanks.
what mean? "position" talking about? apple's "position" on matte screens custom option can choose buy, or not.
