Iphone 4 WiFi problem

hi

using iphone 4 16gb black , problem cell can not detect wifi networks other cellphones can detect.. have wireless router @ home , iphone detects doesnt detect neighbour's wireless networks... hardware issue or software?? on 4.3.5 jailbreaken.

, 1 more problem screen looks yellow or warmer compared neighbour's iphone brighter or cooler...

please lemme know do?

if can connect wifi network wifi fine. if screen looks little yellow can take apple store , them take look.

Permissions Problem?

hello. unable log on computer. took mac store , said had problem permissions. reset computer's permissions , able log onto computer. however, since dock resets day had permissions problem. example, had various cs5 programs on dock. when upgraded cs5.5, replaced cs5 shortcuts cs5.5 counterparts. however, when restarted computer, cs5 icons still there. also, whenever restart computer, browser history resets whatever on day encountered permissions problem. can not save bookmarks. also, files required type in password whenever try moving or deleting file. there other problems wanted see if knows problem have before adding more problems. thank   Forums Macs macOS macOS iPhone Mac OS & System Software iPad Apple Watch Notebooks iTunes Apple ID iCloud Desktop Comput...

iPhone won't sync with iTunes
