Video Editing: Improve Audio

hiya, i'm after advice please.

videoed mates giving best mans speech @ mates wedding yesterday, captured via camera in .mov format.

sat around 10 metres away, there voices quiet hear properly, local background noise (minimal) , clapping guests louder actual speech.

can recommend programme / app allow me improve quality of audio when lads giving speech.
 

soundtrack pro has ability deaden background noise, can have negative effect on vocals in same frequency ranges.

or, use other of myriad of sound editing programs adjust levels if can isolate frequencies. don't expect miracles... garbage in = garbage out, when comes audio. should've had mic on speaker, not camera! late now. problem going it's going impossible drop volume of clapping while boosting voice unless claps on different frequency. but, chances of audio frequencies overlap vocal range , when pull down, distort voice , make him sound robot, or underwater. eh luck it, i'm afraid going have make major compromises sound obvious listener.

Permissions Problem?

hello. unable log on computer. took mac store , said had problem permissions. reset computer's permissions , able log onto computer. however, since dock resets day had permissions problem. example, had various cs5 programs on dock. when upgraded cs5.5, replaced cs5 shortcuts cs5.5 counterparts. however, when restarted computer, cs5 icons still there. also, whenever restart computer, browser history resets whatever on day encountered permissions problem. can not save bookmarks. also, files required type in password whenever try moving or deleting file. there other problems wanted see if knows problem have before adding more problems. thank   Forums Macs macOS macOS iPhone Mac OS & System Software iPad Apple Watch Notebooks iTunes Apple ID iCloud Desktop Comput...

iPhone won't sync with iTunes
