Is it not possible to add a new line on Premier?

hi - appreciate here.

have att account 1 phone. i'm trying bring wife on verizon , add line account (new 4s). since free activation through premier, i'm trying online.

i'm able log on, choose add line, , directs me premier website. choose 4s, skip accessories, , choose voice plan (us). when data plan page comes up, says "no data plans available phone". i've tried 10 times , can't data plans. won't let me buy phone without selecting data plan.

called premier phone number , connected. told trying do, , informed me iphone 4s, can't add line, can upgrade current phone. told me current policy 4s. true??? att not want new customers?

she has no clue. try ordering new phone on new line see if let add data plan. wouldn't let me.

Permissions Problem?

hello. unable log on computer. took mac store , said had problem permissions. reset computer's permissions , able log onto computer. however, since dock resets day had permissions problem. example, had various cs5 programs on dock. when upgraded cs5.5, replaced cs5 shortcuts cs5.5 counterparts. however, when restarted computer, cs5 icons still there. also, whenever restart computer, browser history resets whatever on day encountered permissions problem. can not save bookmarks. also, files required type in password whenever try moving or deleting file. there other problems wanted see if knows problem have before adding more problems. thank   Forums Macs macOS macOS iPhone Mac OS & System Software iPad Apple Watch Notebooks iTunes Apple ID iCloud Desktop Comput...

iPhone won't sync with iTunes
